I am not exactly sure where the pollen filter is located on your car but Renault usually hide them either behind the glove-box or in the front scuttle panel

They are hidden under a panel below the offside scuttle panel cover.From memory they are a little awkward to remove and replace.

 

Yup, under the O/S scuttle panel, although for some reason they dont always have one ... dont know why and never really got a satisfactory answer from Renault.
